A DENIED CLAIM IS USUALLY THE FAULT OF THE FIELD ADJUSTERS OPINION OR INEXPERIENCE

Deny, Delay and Dispute are part of the insurance company’s way to intimidate the insured to not pay or minimize a claim.

Sometimes when an insured is being interviewed as to the cause of loss without the presence of a Horizon Public Adjuster,  things are said innocently and taken our of context.

Horizon will not coach you into saying any lies about the cause of loss; instead, we will state the cause of loss both to the insurance company and adjuster.

Once a claim has been denied pre- representation by Horizon, we will quantify the loss, often with help from a forensic expert or engineer, requesting the carrier to reconsider the denial.

In most cases will cover a claim once we proof the cause of loss, understanding that Horizon is a 18 year expert in the field.
